Six Meals a Day

Want to keep your metabolism going ?

One of the ways to keep your metabolism going is by eating six small meals day. Start your day with breakfast the most important meal of the day, followed by a healthy snack two hours later (ie) an apple or a protein bar with a glass of water. Then have lunch followed by another healthy snack 2 to 3 hours. and then have your dinner make sure you include in your three main meal carbs, protein and vegetables. and finally the sixth meal should be a small snack maybe a protein shake.

By keeping your metabolism going it helps to burn fat and maintain your ideal weight.

  1. don't most working people have a hard time fitting this into their schedule? i've tried it before, i never have the time to do it. Better discipline i guess

  2. I have heard this before. I have tried putting a workout schedule in to mine, but it a little impossible because I could not keep it up.
