Cardio and Strength Tranning

Want to get the most out of your work out?

The best way to get the most out of your workout is to alternate the days you do cardio and Resistance training. (ie) Monday do a 20 minutes of cardio exercise. either on the Treadmill or the StairMaster. The following day do at least 45 minutes of upper body strength training and on the third day do at least 30 minutes. of lower body strength training. This is a very effective way to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. So stop reading and hit the Gym!

  3. Has anyone tried the perfect pushup? i laughed at the idea at first and wow, i have to say, its really a good workout. probably the first "gimmick" work out tool that i've used that really makes you work hard. its cheap now, like twenty bucks. check it out
