Want to control how much you eat at one setting?
One way to control how much you eat if you're trying to lose weight is
by drinking a glass of water before each meal. This will allow you to feel full and help control cravings between meals.

i've always heard that but never tried. i will try and see.

ReplyDeleteThis is very true but i do it the other way around. I eat all my food first, then drink water, i drink about 4 to 8oz of water, that's if there's more room for water.
ReplyDeleteOut of habbit, I drink a lot before I eat, and it definitely fills me up more than if I don't.
